Start your morning with a 60-minute all-levels vinyasa yoga class that blends movement with mindfulness. The class begins with a guided forest bathing meditation to help you connect with your new plant baby, followed by a yoga flow designed for all bodies and experience levels.
After class, stick around for a social hour to make new friends over a refreshing beer or non-alcoholic beverage—all included with your ticket. Plus, take home your very own plant baby to keep the calming vibes going.
